Why this service exists

Finding the right employment solicitor at the worst moment of your working life is hard. Search results are dominated by firms that spend the most on advertising, not the ones best suited to your dispute, and it is difficult to tell a genuine specialist from a general practice with an employment page. Employers face the mirror image of the same problem, usually with a tribunal deadline already running.

How we make money

We are paid by our partner firms for the introductions we make. Our service is free for you to use, and using it costs you nothing beyond what you would pay the solicitor anyway. SRA regulation, verified.Every firm on the panel is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and we check.

A dedicated employment practice.Employment law must be a core practice area with named specialists, not a sideline handled between conveyancing files.

Contested work, recently.We look for a current track record in contested employment matters: tribunal litigation, negotiated exits and discrimination claims, not just document reviews.

Reviewed, and removed.The panel is reviewed regularly. Firms that stop meeting our standards, or that clients tell us underperformed, come off it.
